I listened to a great Podcast today from Ben Bergeron. One of the points he was making was to “Start Before You Are Ready.” As it relates to CrossFit, come on in and start, even if you do not think you are ready. CrossFit programming is infinitely scalable and can be fit to anyone’s needs.
